The markets make for a very enjoyable outing to Southbank. There are a wide variety of stalls and the market is laid out beautifully to accommodate the adjacent restaurants and nightlife attractions.
The markets have a variety of stalls ranging from crystals, candles, jewellery and clothes with a fortune teller thrown in for good measure. My sister and I have visited markets all over the world and I have to say the stalls were what you'd expect on the whole. The crystals lady was outstanding and the Bee Bonny products were lovely. The stalls are set up in one long line in front of a variety of restaurants and cafes. That was different. The markets are set up permanently and go from 10am to 9pm.
I enjoyed our day at the collective markets but I am not clamouring to return. They are worth a visit. Southbank Brisbane is the real attraction. It was lovely.
This market is situated in the Southbank Parklands over the weekend. It's mainly arts & crafts, clothes & jewellery. Close to the restaurants & cafes so can get busy.
Loved the atmosphere. Great stalls. Awesome restaurants in this precinct
These pop up markets have something for everyone, no matter what your taste or budget. They are conveniently located inside the Southbank precinct. I especially appreciate the accessibility offered by the open paved area. You can find clothing (babies to adults), scents of every kind, psychics, fudge, food trucks, jewellery and so many other things. Most are made by the stall holders and are ethically made. It is easy to find items for vegan philosophy. A nice way to enjoy a few hours on the weekend.
These small pop-up stores only open from Friday to Sunday. They sells kids clothing, candles, spectacles, beautiful artwork, hats, plants and many more. They lined up opposite the restaurants so while you enjoy your food, you can feast the eyes too. Parking is very expensive here and for 2hrs it cost $18. Since it's near Southbank, some people can be seen strolling and some sitting on the grass enjoying their food.
Nice little trinkets market,no produce at all except for a jerky stall. Nice for a wander though as it runs along the restaurant district, great foodie hub.
Nice inner city exprience wide range of exceptional and unique products , good vybz guaranteed
